Taylor lives in San Francisco with his wife, three children, and a very excitable dog. As Victor Hugo wrote, “There is nothing like a dream to create the future.”

Brad received both an SM in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA from MIT. A graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point, he is a two-time Iraq war combat veteran who was awarded two bronze stars.

As Hannibal from Carthage once said "If I cannot find a way, I shall make one."
Megan Bailey

Megan leads Farther's efforts in recruiting top-tier financial advisors and helping them achieve their optimal potential. With over 20 years of professional sales experience, she has spent 10 of those years focused on partnering with entrepreneurial-minded professionals and taking their careers to the next level.
Megan was previously the Chief Sales Officer at a publicly-held, independent insurance franchisor where she was responsible for national franchise development, recruiting, and corporate sales performance. She brings deep expertise and a passion for consultative sales, talent acquisition, and leadership development.
Megan draws inspiration from Carol S. Dweck’s Mindset: The New Psychology of Success: “We like to think of our champions and idols as superheroes who were born different from us. We don’t like to think of them as relatively ordinary people who made themselves extraordinary.”
Nicholas Corvino

Nick leads the People Team at Farther, encompassing talent, company culture, rewards and benefits, executive coaching, and performance management. Farther’s employees are our most important asset, and Nick’s team drives programs that directly impact employee happiness, efficiency, and productivity.

Nick values his team and strives to inspire others, but never takes himself too seriously. Drawing inspiration from Ted Lasso, Nick always keeps the following top-of-mind: "Be curious, not judgmental."
Chris Powers

Chris has spent his entire career in the financial services industry and brings a unique blend of big bank experience and expertise in developing smaller, more intimate registered investment advisors to Farther.
When he is not skiing, camping, or teasing his kids: Chris is motivated by cultivating loyal, cross-functional teams; scaling technology platforms; and instilling a shared culture that is supporting the delivery of a powerful and effective client experience.
Chris is a trusted thought partner, innovative risk and compliance executive, and culture evangelist.
