NEW YORK – Farther, the nation’s leading technology-centric wealth management firm, announced 32 new strategic hires, expanding its expert wealth advisory team and growing the firm’s AUM to over $3 billion. These strategic hires strengthen Farther’s ability to deliver its first-of-its-kind wealth management approach that combines custom-built, world-class technology with the bespoke financial expertise of a traditional wealth advisor.

“We are excited to continue building the most advisor-centric firm in the industry and welcome this group of talented and experienced wealth advisors to Farther,” said Taylor Matthews, CEO & Co-Founder of Farther. “These individuals all bring unique and deep expertise and perspectives to our talented roster, which allows us to deliver insightful financial advice and tailored investment opportunities to our clients across the country. We look forward to continuing to build and enhance our firm with world-class talent.”

Farther has emerged as a premier destination for top talent across the financial services industry, a credit to Farther’s custom-built technology that enables advisors to spend more time with clients and prospects, the firm’s industry-leading payouts, and its zero non-compete policy.

Joining the team are Gary Corderman, Robert Davenport, Jonathan Doshier, Jeffrey Hawkins, Jeffery Kernodle, Janet Kohrmann, Jonathan Lamb, Chad Rishel, Mitch Simkins, and Rian Waterman all top-tier advisors from Goldman Sachs’ former Personal Financial Management unit, bringing on $649 million in assets under management.

Also further expanding the company’s footprint, Farther is welcoming team members from Universal Value Advisors in Reno, Nevada: Joshua Barone, Robert Barone, and Andrea Knapp Nolan, who collectively manage $91 million in assets.

The 2024 lineup of newly onboarded wealth advisors – who collectively bring decades of experience in the wealth management space to Farther – also includes Nate Bosek, Barbara Dugan, Brian Fleming, Terence Gallagher, Michael Hudson, Edward Jenkins, Dan Kellar, Herbert Kyles, Michael Lambrecht, Louis Llanes, Tyson Lokke, Jonathon Mason, Tony Price, Eleanor Ray, Kevin Roche, Lauren Russo, Chris Tarkowski, Jason Taylor, and James Ulrick.

These hiring announcements follow a hallmark year for Farther, which has seen the firm’s AUM grow more than 4x year-over-year to over $3 billion. Farther was also listed as part of the 2024 Fintech Innovation 50 and Inc.’s Best Workplaces of 2024.

As Farther continues its rapid growth trajectory, its expert wealth management team – encompassing experienced wealth advisors and elite client experience professionals – remains committed to providing clients with holistic, dynamic, and actionable financial advice, all seamlessly implemented through the Farther platform. Each new hire contributes a fresh and vast array of financial expertise, fortifying the firm’s appeal to modern, high-net-worth professionals seeking to build generational wealth through a more comprehensive approach to financial management.
