Will Hullinger

Will Hullinger specializes in providing fiduciary advice to individuals, couples, and families navigating major life transitions, equity compensation, retirement planning, and tax optimization. As a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER^® professional, Will is committed to delivering the highest standard of care and expertise. His mission is to simplify complex financial concepts — investment strategies, retirement accounts, taxes, and estate planning — into clear, actionable strategies aligned with his clients' values and goals.

Will’s career spans nearly two decades in financial services, including serving as a financial controller and compliance liaison at a hedge fund and as chief operating officer for a registered investment advisor serving ultra-high-net-worth families. For the past decade, he has worked directly with clients as a financial advisor. In 2020, driven by a desire to foster deeper client relationships and make a meaningful impact in Detroit, Will founded Verity Wealth Partners: an achievement he considers one of his greatest professional milestones. Verity decided to partner with Farther in 2025 to further enhance its client offerings. 

Will and his wife, Jen, have called Detroit home since 2013, where they reside with their four children. Outside of work, Will enjoys staying active with regular exercise, occasional rounds of golf, and a passion for smoking meat – often paired with a good glass of scotch.
